The Board shall provide the PCEA President with full salary including the placement on the appropriate BA or MA Degree salary schedule, as if the employee were still teaching full time, and full fringe benefits.

The term "or 45 Hours" listed within Schedule A.2 means that approval of such hours in lieu of the M.A. Degree may be accepted if related to the Bargaining Unit Member’s job duties and approved by the Superintendent.
All school social workers, psychologist and speech/language pathologists shall be paid on the M.A. Degree +30 schedule.
All school social workers with Master of Social Work Degree shall be paid on the M.A. Degree + 30 schedule.
Credit for travel may be given for advancement on salary schedule as hours beyond B.A. Degree or M.A. Degree.
