M&A Advisor means the mergers and acquisitions and financial advisor(s) to Cemex Parent (or its applicable Subsidiary) in respect of the Offer.
M&A Advisor means Evercore, XX Xxxxxx or any other advisor appointed by the Company in respect of the M&A Process which is acceptable to the Investors.
M&A Advisor means each of X.X. Xxxxxx Securities Inc. and Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated, engaged by Company pursuant to its respective Engagement Letter.

  • Investment Advisor means, in relation to a Portfolio, the investment manager or investment advisor of the Portfolio.

  • CME Term SOFR Administrator means CME Group Benchmark Administration Limited as administrator of the forward-looking term Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) (or a successor administrator).
