Examples of M2M Line in a sentence

  • In all cases, you shall remain responsible for (i) all charges incurred for Devices and Products and Services on each terminated Corporate Subscriber line and M2M Line up to and including the date of termination; and (ii) any ETF or ORF otherwise payable for each terminated Corporate Subscriber line and M2M Line.

  • The rates and charges, the voice, data (including M2M service) and messaging allowances, and the Wireless Service coverage area for each Corporate Subscriber line and M2M Line are determined by the Products and Services that you select for each line.

  • If Lynxspring, as the defaulting Party, fails to cure as provided above, and Customer exercises its right of termination, Customer shall nevertheless remain responsible for all accrued charges incurred for Wireless Service, up to and including the effective date of termination, as well as any applicable ETFs for each M2M Line that was not directly affected by the breach.

  • Unused KBs will be distributed proportionally as a ratio of the KBs needed by each applicable M2M Line to the total KBs needed by all sharing M2M Lines on the same profile.

  • EMBEDDED: An M2M Line is “Embedded” if it: (i) is used exclusively for Machine-to-Machine data transmissions, and (ii) is used only within the functionality of the Customer Product or Service.
