M2M Device definition

M2M Device means a machine-to-machine Device that in its normal, typical and/or customary mode operates autonomously, without regular active operator intervention.
M2M Device means a device that (a) operates on the Sprint M2M Network or an International M2M Network; (b) has been approved and certified by Sprint for use with M2M Services provided on the Sprint M2M Network, or a device that meets the required European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) standards for GSM network compatibility and supports the correct frequency bands for M2M Services provided on an International M2M Network; and (c) (i) Employees use with M2M Services, or (ii) has been integrated, by Customer, into the Bundled Service, in each case in a manner that has been approved by Sprint.
M2M Device means a device that operates on the Nationwide Sprint Network, Sprint 3G Network, Sprint 4G Network, or the Nextel National Network; that has been approved and certified by Sprint for use in an M2M Services; and that has been integrated, by Customer, into the Bundled Service in a manner that has been approved by Sprint.

M2M Device means a Terminal Product that is designed with the following features and product limitations, such that it: (i) performs a dedicated function, (ii) primarily communicates to a system or application (software program) that captures the device communication and translates the communication into meaningful information for a specific set of purposes, (iii) does not provide a general purpose application environment and (iv) the primary function is not to communicate with generic Terminal Products. Examples include automatic meter reading (AMR), vending machine monitoring, point of sale terminal reporting.
