Group 3 Share. Generally, as of any Distribution Date, a fraction whose numerator is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Group 3 Mortgage Loans (as of the first day of the related Collection Period) and whose denominator is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans (as of the first day of the related Collection Period).
