M-Plan definition

M-Plan means the draft plan of subdivision prepared by Speight, Van Nostrand & Gibson Limited.

  • The purpose of this Agreement is to allow the Developer to commence Pre-Servicing Works on the Lands as a preliminary step in the development of the Plan Lands prior to the registration of the M-Plan for subdivision of the Lands.
