M Charges definition

M Charges. With respect to the "Annual O&M Charges" section of Schedule 2 of the Agreement, the three and one-half percent (3.5%) increase shall commence as of January 1, 1999; not as of January 1, 2000. Accordingly, the Annual O&M Charge for 1999 will be $132,480 ($128,000 annual charge for 1998 plus 3.5% increase added thereon).

  • In case the payment of bills of Transmission charges and O & M Charges by the beneficiary or beneficiaries is delayed beyond a period of 7 working days from the issue of the ▇▇▇▇ i.e Due Date, late payment surcharge at the rate of 1.25% per month on billed amount shall be levied on the amounts remained unpaid after the ‘Due Date’ in proportion to the number of days of delay after the ‘Due Date’.

  • The Additional Performance Security for the unbalanced or frontloaded Bid Project cost shall be returned 30 days after COD or termination of the Agreement, whichever is earlier and the Additional Performance Security for O & M Charges shall be returned at the end of Concession Period or termination, whichever is earlier.

Related to M Charges

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Bank Charges means the charges levied by the Merchant Acquiring Bank for Transactions and Refunds. “Bank System” means the banking system operated by any approved bank, financial institution or other body.

  • Rental Charges means the charges payable for renting the Vehicle from Us together with GST and any other taxes or levies which are all fully set out in the Rental Agreement.

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.
