Lyoness. Vouchers" are vouchers issued by Lyoness. They can be acquired by members at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and redeemed at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ for the purchase of Loyalty Merchant vouchers (not though directly for purchases from Loyal- ty Merchants) as well as certain goods designated by Lyoness. Examples of Lyoness in a sentence

  • Lyoness also charges a transaction fee on a percentage basis per voucher for every voucher sold.

  • In this respect Lyoness is free to choose an adequate means for verification.

  • In such a case the Loyalty Merchant shall – insofar this is possible and legally permissible – notify Lyoness before such disclosure and support Lyoness at its expense should Lyoness wish to take action against this disclosure.

  • In addition the purchases the regular customer makes in future at the Loyalty Merchant within the framework of the Lyoness Loyalty Program are also automatically transmitted to the CRM module by Lyoness.

  • This shall in no way affect the right of Lyoness to sell vouchers of the Loyalty Merchant on its own platform or those op- erated by third parties.

  • A culpable violation of this Clause 3.3 shall authorize Lyoness to terminate the contractual relationship.
