LWA definition

LWA means an injury that results in one or more Days away from work, as defined by 29 CFR 1904.
LWA or “Lifetime Withdrawal Amount” means the amount calculated in the manner described in Section 13 of the Contract as the LWA for Income Class Units allocated to the Contract. The LWA is calculated as a percentage of the LWA Base on the LWA Commencement Date and is subject to recalculation on the occurrence of certain events;
