LTOC definition
LTOC means a committee of two persons selected by the Creditors’ Committee from its members with whom the Liquidation Trustee shall consult as specified by the Plan. In the event of the death, resignation, or removal of a member of the LTOC, the remaining member of the LTOC shall appoint a successor from among the members of the Creditors’ Committee. The initial members of the LTOC are designees of the National Retirement Fund and ▇▇▇▇-It Smart, Inc.
