LTM Cash Flow definition
LTM Cash Flow means Consolidated Cash Flow of the Company measured for the applicable Reference Period, with such pro forma adjustments giving effect to such Indebtedness, acquisition, Investment or other transaction, as applicable, since the start of such four quarter period and as are consistent with the pro forma adjustments set forth in the definition of “Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio.”
LTM Cash Flow means, at any time, net cash provided by operating activities (as defined in the Company’s statement of cash flows which are part of its financial statements) for the latest 12-month period giving pro forma effect (in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles) to any acquisitions of Oil and Gas Interests during or since such 12-month period.
LTM Cash Flow means Consolidated Cash Flow of a specified Person measured for the most recently ended four full fiscal quarters for which internal financial statements are available, with such pro forma adjustments giving effect to such Indebtedness, acquisition, Investment or other transaction, as applicable, since the start of such four-quarter period and as are consistent with the pro forma adjustments set forth in the definition of “Consolidated Interest Coverage Ratio.”
