LTIP Bonus definition

LTIP Bonus means the amount paid or earned in respect of an LTIP Award.
LTIP Bonus means any bonus payable to the Executive under the Corporation’s Long-Term Incentive Plan (or any successor plan) upon the attainment of designated corporate and/or individual performance milestones and the continuation of the Executive’s employment with the Corporation for a period of one or more years following the year for which the designated milestones were attained.
LTIP Bonus have the meanings ascribed to them in Section 4.8 herein;

Examples of LTIP Bonus in a sentence

  • Any LTIP Bonus shall be governed according to the terms of the LTIP.

  • Each such LTIP Bonus shall be paid no later than 30 days after the end of the performance period for which the LTIP Bonus is awarded, unless the Executive shall elect to defer the receipt of such LTIP Bonus pursuant to an arrangement that meets the requirements of Section 409A of the Code.

  • The LTIP Bonus shall be governed according to the terms of the LTIP and New LTIP, as applicable.

  • Any LTIP Bonus shall be governed according to the terms of the applicable LTIP Award.

  • To the extent earned, the LTIP Bonus will be paid to Employee no later than 30 days after the Board approves the payment of the LTIP Bonus.

  • To the extent that Executive received payments or other benefits pursuant to Section 4.1(a)(ii) or (iii), Executive hereby waives the right to receive any Annual Bonus or LTIP Bonus payments with respect to the Annual Performance Period or LTIP Performance Periods in effect as of the Termination Date.

  • Provision of the LTIP Bonus and the amount of such will be in the sole discretion of the Board.

LTIP Bonus means an amount paid to a Participant pursuant to the Long-Term Incentive Plan. An LTIP Bonus may take the form of a Relative Performance Award and/or Strategic Performance Award.

Related to LTIP Bonus

  • Annual Bonus shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(b) hereof.

  • Cash Bonus means an award of a bonus payable in cash pursuant to Section 10 hereof.

  • Incentive Bonus means a bonus opportunity awarded under Section 9 pursuant to which a Participant may become entitled to receive an amount based on satisfaction of such performance criteria as are specified in the Award Agreement.

  • Target Bonus Amount means Executive’s target annual bonus amount in effect at the time of Executive’s Qualifying Termination (disregarding any decrease in such target annual bonus amount that constitutes a Good Reason event).

  • Accrued Bonus means the bonus, which may be negative or positive, which is calculated in the manner set forth in Section V.A.
