• This Agreement confers no rights of employment with LTBB on officers of the Village Police Department.

• Either party may terminate this contract on fourteen (14) days written notice to the other Party for any reason at which time all fees will be adjusted on a prorated basis as determined by LTBB Accounting Contracts Personnel.
