LTAC definition

LTAC means a Long-Term Acute Care hospital.
LTAC. The Borrowing Base shall be computed as of the end of each fiscal month; provided that the Borrowing Base in effect at any time shall be determined by reference to the most recent Borrowing Base Certificate delivered to the Agent, absent any error in such Borrowing Base Certificate. Borrowing Base component definitions may be fixed and revised from time to time solely by the Agent in the exercise of its reasonable judgment, with any changes in such definitions to be effective 10 days after delivery of notice thereof to the Borrower.

  • For the purpose of this Benefit the following terms have the following meanings: ▪ "Long-term acute care facility (LTAC)" means a facility or Hospital that provides care to people with complex medical needs requiring long-term Hospital stay in an acute or critical setting.

  • The Contractor shall provide care for Enrollees in skilled nursing facilities, Intermediate Care Facilities, and Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospitals and then reimburse such facilities when the plan of care includes a prognosis of recovery and discharge within 30 days.

  • The types of data to which this agreement applies are Hospital, Rehabilitation facility and Community Partners such as Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Providers, Physicians, Home Health Agency (HHA), Palliative Care, Hospice, Health Clinics, Health Centers, Pharmacies/Pharmacists, Long Term Acute Care (LTAC), and IRF utilization data emphasizing readmission/admission rates.

  • It is the responsibility of a Network Provider to make the determination whether the Enrollee shall require the service of a nursing facility, Intermediate Care Facility, or LTAC for more or less than 30 days.

  • LTAC may include pulmonary care, advanced wound care, and critical care services.

  • LTAC Hospitals provide care for Members that require longer-term Inpatient care due to complex Conditions that cannot be treated at a facility with a lower level of care.

  • The Plan covers Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospitalizations when Medically Necessary.

  • Benefits are not available for services in a Long-term Acute Care Facility (LTAC).

  • For the purpose of this Benefit the following terms have the following meanings:  "Long-term acute care facility (LTAC)" means a facility or Hospital that provides care to people with complex medical needs requiring long-term Hospital stay in an acute or critical setting.

  • If Provider or a Contracted Provider is a facility (including but not limited to Clinic, FQHC, LTAC, Nursing Home, Rehab, Rural Health Clinic, Skilled Nursing) (“Facility Provider”) the following provision applies.

  • Upper-Tier Regular Interest As described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Lower-Tier Municipality means a Municipality that forms part of an Upper-Tier Municipality for municipal purposes, as defined under the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25.

  • Lower-Tier Regular Interest Each of the Class LT-A-1, Class LT-A-2, Class LT-A-3, Class LT-A-4, Class LT-M-1, Class LT-M-2, Class LT-M-3, Class LT-M-4, Class LT-M-5, Class LT-M-6, Class LT-B-1, Class LT-B-2, Class LT-B-3, Class LT-IO and Class LT-Accrual Interests as described in the Preliminary Statement.
