LT-2 definition

LT-2. The uncertificated class of interests in the Lower-Tier REMIC, as described in and designated in Section 2.8 hereof.

  • Y2 = the Class Principal Balance of the Class LT2 Regular Interest after distributions and the allocation of Realized Losses on the prior Distribution Date.

  • ΔP = P0 - P1 = the aggregate of the Class LT1, LT2, LT3 and LT4 Principal Reduction Amounts.

  • Y2 = the principal balance of the Class LT2 Regular Interest after distributions on the prior Distribution Date.
