LSTK Contractor definition

LSTK Contractor means the individual or firm or Body incorporate performing the construction works.
LSTK Contractor means the successful bidder whose services shall be obtained for supply of Process License, Engineering, Procurement, Supply and Construction of Unit/Facilities/System on package basis covered under scope of work as stated in (Clause no3 of Instructions to bidders).
LSTK Contractor means any third party whose services are obtained for Engineering, Procurement, Supply and Construction (EC) of Unit /Facilities/System on Lumpsum Turnkey basis covered under Scope of Work.

  • Sub-Contractor means the person named in the Contract for any part of the works or any person to whom any part of the contract has been sublet by the contractor with the consent in writing of the Engineer-in-charge and will include the legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of such persons.
