Air gap separation means the unobstructed vertical distance through the free atmosphere between the lowest opening from any pipe or faucet supplying water to a tank, plumbing fixture, or other device and the flood level rim of the receptacle.
Winter Season means the period commencing on November 1 of any year and ending on the next succeeding March 31.
Start Date for Term Calculation Purposes Only: Regardless of actual award/effective date of Contract, for Agreement “term” calculation purposes only, the Agreement “start date” is the last day of the month that Award Notifications are anticipated as published in the Solicitation. Example: If the anticipated award date published in the Solicitation is August 27, 2020 but extended negotiations delay award until September 24, 2020 the end date of the resulting initial “two-year” term Agreement, (which is subject to an extension(s)) will still be August 31, 2022 in this example
Start means the relevant Compounded Index value on the day falling the Relevant Number of Index Days prior to the first day of the relevant Interest Period.
Service Start Date means the date on which services were first supplied under this Agreement.
NCLEX means the National Council Licensure Examination of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.
Contract Start Date means the date specified in your Contract for Signature asthe date this Contract starts;
Burn means tissue injury caused by contact with heat, chemicals, electricity, friction, or radioactive agents.

Season means the period of time between an AGM and the subsequent AGM.
Retention Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.01 of this Agreement.
Terminal Date means in respect of each Member the Annual Renewal Date following the date on which completes the age of 55 or the member closes his account with the Bank or discontinuance of premium payment whichever is earlier.
Nighttime means the period between sunset and sunrise.
Summer means the season commencing on May 1 and ending on October 31 for any given calendar year.
Standard Service means Facilities which meet good economic electric industry practice including safety, reliability and operating criteria and standards consistent with the particular characteristics of service as determined by FortisAlberta acting reasonably;
Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;
Peak means the Morning Peak and the Evening Peak;
Cycle means a period of time (approximately 5 days) during which each type of product is pumped for all shippers desiring transportation of such product.
Services Commencement Date means the date delivery of the Services shall commence as specified in the Key Provisions. If no date is specified in the Key Provisions this date shall be the Commencement Date;
Shut down means a condition or conditions wherein a piece of equipment or system cannot be operated by the device or control that a homeowner should normally use to operate it. If its safety switch or circuit breaker is in the "off" position, or its fuse is missing or blown, the inspector is not required to reestablish the circuit for the purpose of operating the equipment or system.
Service Period has the meaning given to it in Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off Terms) as refined by a Contracting Body in a Call Off Agreement between that Contracting Body and the Supplier;
Workday means any consecutive 24 hours beginning at the same time each calendar day.
Services Start Date means the date as set out in the Specification (Schedule 1);
CO2e means carbon dioxide equivalent.
FIRST To the payment of costs and expenses applicable to such series in respect of which monies have been collected, including reasonable compensation to the Trustee and each predecessor Trustee and their respective agents and attorneys and of all expenses and liabilities incurred, and all advances made, by the Trustee and each predecessor Trustee, except as a result of negligence or bad faith, and all amounts owing to the Trustee under Section 6.6;
Interim Period has the meaning specified in Section 6.1.
