LSI Logic Contracts definition

LSI Logic Contracts means those Contracts that may be related to the SSI Business, or to which SSI may be a party, but that are primarily related to LSI Logic’s retained businesses; the material items of which are set forth on Schedule 3.17. LSI Logic Contracts excludes any contracts that are listed as License Agreements under the Intellectual Property Agreement.
