LSI Business means the business conducted by the entities identified in SCHEDULE 1, relating primarily to the provision of providing certain appraisal, title and closing services to residential mortgage originators, originators; provided that as used herein such term is limited solely to the extent and scope of such operations as in effect on the Effective Date.
