  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 3(a), the Advisor hereby agrees that neither the Advisor nor any entity controlled by the Advisor nor any of their respective officers, directors or employees shall raise, sponsor or advise any Person (other than the Existing Joint Ventures), that invests primarily in LSAC Primary Investments.
