LS Operating Companies definition
LS Operating Companies means each of the operating companies (and their respective Subsidiaries) acquired by the Parent pursuant to the LS Merger Agreement (and contributed on the Closing Date by the Parent to the Borrower) (but excluding any LS Holding Company).
