The deed to be executed by the Land Owner on the Closing Date shall adopt, establish, and impose upon the Land the following reservations, servitudes, covenants, restrictions and conditions, all of which are for the purpose of enhancing and protecting the value, desirability, and attractiveness of the LRL Lands.
