  • THIS FINANCIAL AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THIS STATE, INCLUDING THE PROVISIONS OF THE EXEMPTION LAW, THE LRHL, THE RAB LAW AND ALL OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS.
