• Buyer agrees to cooperate with Seller as requested from time-to-time in connection with Seller’s obligations pursuant to this Section 4.2(j) (at Seller’s sole cost and expense) including promptly executing any documents required under the LREC Contract that must, by their nature, be executed by Buyer; provided, however, that Seller will be responsible for any liability resulting from such cooperation by Buyer.
