IDT Sub-Group means, at any time, IDT and each of its direct and indirect corporate subsidiaries other than those subsidiaries that are members of the Net2Phone Group.

Examples of IDT Sub-Group in a sentence

  • This Agreement shall constitute a direct obligation of each such member and shall be deemed to have been readopted and affirmed on behalf of any corporation which becomes a member of the IDT Sub-Group or the Net2Phone Group in the future.

  • IDT agrees and acknowledges that IDT shall be responsible for the performance of the obligations of each member of the IDT Sub-Group hereunder applicable to such subsidiary.
