If the Golf Pro violates any term of this Agreement or permits any play without payment of established fees except for Class "A" PGA, LPGA, G.C.S.A.A. Class A, and PGA Apprentice Program Professionals, the Parks Superintendent, in his discretion, may terminate this Agreement upon fourteen (14) days written notice to the Golf Pro.

Manager, members of the PGA of America, PGA Assistants, members of the LPGA of America, LPGA assistants and GCSAA members may play the Course at no cost.
Visiting PGA Professionals, PGA Assistants, LPGA Professionals, LPGA Assistants and GCSAA Members shall play at no charge on a limited basis and shall be tracked by association membership card number.
It is understood, however, that any such identification must be of a size, shape and location not in conflict with LPGA rules or the rules governing any professional golf tournament in which Golfer participates.
Licensee shall perform all acts necessary and execute all necessary documents to effect such registrations, and to register as a user of the Logos where such registration is needed, and to otherwise assist the LPGA to the extent necessary to protect the LPGA's rights to the Logos.
The Executive Director has discretion to allow parking validation during nationally recognized conventions, sporting events and other gatherings of regional or statewide significance, such as the Super Bowl volunteer greeters, NCAA Final Four, LPGA, and other similar events.
Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, Licensee acknowledges that the LPGA has made no representations or warranties of any nature pertaining to the use of the Logos outside the United States.
Licensee may remove the Logos from any such products or materials and shall be free to sell or dispose of such products or materials in any manner it sees fit as long as identification of the LPGA is not possible.
The Golf Professional shall be a member in good standing of the PGA or LPGA and maintain a Class “A” rating or be a “life member” with the said organization for the entire term of this Agreement.
