LP Target Distribution Amount definition
LP Target Distribution Amount means an amount computed for the Limited Partners, as of any determination date, equal to the amount of cash, which if distributed to the Limited Partners, would be sufficient such that no additional amounts would be required to be distributed to the Limited Partners pursuant to Sections 6.1(b)(1) and 6.1(b)(3).
