L&P Materials definition
L&P Materials means all documents, information, items and materials in any form (whether owned by L&P or a third party), which are provided by L&P to the Supplier in connection with the Services.

In relation to the L&P Materials: L&P and its licensors shall retain ownership of all Intellectual Property Rights in the L&P Materials; and L&P grants to the Supplier a fully paid-up, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-transferable licence to use the L&P Materials made available to the Supplier for the term of this Agreement solely for the purpose of providing the Services to L&P.
