LP Certificate definition

LP Certificate means a certificate issued by the Partnership, substantially in the form of Annex A to this Agreement, evidencing ownership of one or more LP Units.
LP Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form attached hereto as Annex A, evidencing the Partnership Preferred Securities held by a Limited Partner.
LP Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, evidencing the Preferred Securities held by a Limited Partner.
