Licensee can convert points associated with Licensee’s own point-based reservations and exchange system into Loyalty Program Points through a Licensed Exchange Program at a conversion rate to be determined by Licensee.
Licensee’s members’ elections to convert such points to Loyalty Program Points will be irrevocable and irreversible.
Licensor will not authorize Loyalty Program Points to be used solely for the creation of a Vacation Ownership Business that conflicts with Licensee’s rights under this Agreement.
