Lowest means the lowest Quotation obtained by the Calculation Agent or, if applicable, Seller (or in accordance with Section 7.7(b) of the Credit Derivatives Definitions) in relation to the Valuation Date.
Lowest here means in terms of the interest rate at which he is willing to lend.
