Examples of Lower Number in a sentence

  • If the Higher Number is more than 105% of the Lower Number, a third appraiser shall be selected in accordance with the provisions of subparagraph (4) below, and the Monetizable Interests Percentage will be determined in accordance with the provisions of subparagraph (5) below.
