• Courses offered for dual course credit must be identified as college-level academic courses in the current edition of the Lower Division Academic Course Guide Manual or as college-level workforce education courses in the current edition of the Workforce Education Course Manual.

• Dual course credit courses must be identified as college-level academic courses in the current Lower Division Academic Course Guide Manual or as college-level workforce education courses in the current Workforce Education Course Manual.

• Be available to respond to the Lower Division States’ questions or concerns, should they arise, regarding ongoing implementation of Drought Response Operations.

• The remainder of this Demand Management Storage Agreement may be amended or modified, but only by the written agreement of the Parties after consultation among the Parties and the Lower Division States as set forth in Paragraph I of the Companion Agreement.

• Courses offered for dual credit by College of the Mainland shall be identified as college-level academic courses in the current edition of the Lower Division Academic Course Guide Manual adopted by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) and listed in COM’s Core Curriculum, or as college-level workforce education courses in the current edition of Workforce Education Course Manual (WECM) adopted by the THECB.

• Courses offered for dual course credit must be identified as college-level academic courses in the current edition of the Lower Division Academic Course Guide Manual or as college- level workforce education courses in the current edition of the Workforce Education Course Manual.

• College preparatory courses are not developmental education courses contained in the Lower Division Academic Course Guide Manual (ACGM).
