Low Severity definition

Low Severity or severity 3 (moderate impact) means loss or exposure of Mercury public information or adverse events causing a limited or confined business interruption. Incidents or exposures classified at this level affect Mercury Information Systems or assets, but do not affect Mercury’s customers.
Low Severity means a minor deficiency or inefficiency or a feature request.

  • Severity 4 – Low: Severity 4 incidents encompass questions or requests for advice with minimal impact on system performance or organizational operations.
