Low Power Mode definition

Low Power Mode means a special operation mode unique to the specific Co-location Server in which such Co-location Server consumes less electrical power than its Rated Power.
Low Power Mode. ’ means a state in which a beverage vending machine’s lighting, refrigeration, and/or other energy-using systems are automatically adjusted (without user intervention) such that they consume less energy than they consume in an active vending environment. Section 1.2, appendix B.
Low Power Mode means the Mining Equipment operates in such a mode that consumes less amount of electrical power than Rated Power and contributes less hasrate than rated hashrate due to the limitation on its performance imposed by and subject to the sole discretion of the Customer;

  • The transmit power level for subframe "n" will be one of the two levels specified in the [CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT] bit control words, (High Power Mode, Low Power Mode), described above based upon the state of bit(n), of the [CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT] bit control word.
