Low Population Density definition
Low Population Density means when the average population density of natural person inhabitants of the area within Morazán is below the average for rural areas in Honduras. At the time of original promulgation of this Charter, Low Population Density exists when there are fewer than 35 permanent inhabitants per square kilometer on average, as certified by the Instituto Nacional de Estadística (National Institute of Statistics) Opinion of August 31,2015.
