Low Phosphate Fertilizer definition
Low Phosphate Fertilizer means fertilizer products intended for new or established urban turf or lawns, with phosphate levels equal to or above 0.5% or as provided in paragraph (2)(b).
Low Phosphate Fertilizer means a fertilizer material which
