Low–Intensity Democracies definition
Low–Intensity Democracies. 13. This means that the intensive promotion of democracy and economic progress in these countries needs to be more specifically addressed through their engagement with a democracy-intensive international environment. This process could be effective if both the regional and national peculiarities would be taken into account by research and development of security problems being inextricably interwoven in the dynamic context of regional stability of the South Caucasus.
