Low-impact facility definition

Low-impact facility means a facility that the Minister has determined in the Low Impact Determination to be a low-impact facility. Schedule 3 to the Telecommunications Act 1997 (Commonwealth) identifies certain facilities that are not low-impact.
Low-impact facility means a facility used for telecommunications as described in Section 3.1 - Facilities of the Telecommunications (Low-impact Facilities) Determination Act 1997.
Low-impact facility means a facility used for telecommunications as described in the Telecommunications (Low-impact Facilities) Determination 1997, (eg: small radio communications dishes and antennae; underground cabling and cable pits; etc.).
