CNAM Query Rate means a rate that applies to each CNAM Query received at the SCP where the Calling Name Database resides.
Flow rate means the rate at which water flows through pipes, valves and emission devices, measured in gallons per minute, gallons per hour, or cubic feet per second.
Average Error Rate for a billing month is the sum of Error Rates for each hour in the billing month divided by the total number of hours in the billing month.
Pricing Data means the document that contains the Bill of Quantities and provides the criteria and assumptions, which it will be assumed in the Contract were taken into account by the Service Provider when developing his prices;
Base CD Rate means the sum of (a) the Three-Month Secondary CD Rate multiplied by the Statutory Reserve Rate plus (b) the Assessment Rate.
