Lotto Game definition

Lotto Game. A lottery game sold to the public through the use of a Lotto Game Terminal.
Lotto Game means the Lottery game wherein a player selects numbers out of a larger predetermined set or sets of numbers.
Lotto Game means a lottery game wherein a player receives a Ticket through a Terminal.

  • The Retailer agrees that all Lotto Game Tickets issued by the Retailer’s Lotto Game Terminal are deemed to have been purchased by the Retailer unless canceled as authorized by the MSL game procedures.

  • The MSL will provide the Retailer with dispensers to be utilized to sell Scratch Game Tickets and a Lotto Game Terminal.

  • The Retailer agrees that if they fail to comply with any term of this Contract, the Lottery may temporarily stop delivery of additional Scratch Game Tickets and prohibit the use of the Retailer’s Lotto Game Terminal and pursue any other appropriate remedy to protect its interests and property.

  • All decisions of the Company concerning any Lotto Game, including decisions as to the validity of Tickets, the identity of the bearer of any Ticket, the determination of prize winners, the amount and category of prize money, the interpretation, application, meaning and effect of these Rules and the Company's procedures shall be final and binding on all Players, and any other person or persons concerned for any reason with these matters.

  • If in any Draw there is no Play which correctly matches four of the six Winning Numbers then the Prize Pool for the Match 4 Prize category shall be added to the Prize Pool for the Match 3 + Bonus Number Prize category in that Lotto Game.

  • If in any Draw there is no Play which correctly matches five of the six Winning Numbers then the Prize Pool for the Match 5 Prize category shall be added to the Prize Pool for the Match 4 + Bonus Number Prize category in that Lotto Game.

  • If in any Draw there is no Play which correctly matches four of the six Winning Numbers and also the Bonus Number then the Prize Pool for the Match 4 + Bonus Number Prize category shall be added to the Prize Pool for the Match 4 Prize category in that Lotto Game.

  • If in any Draw a Play correctly matches the six Winning Numbers, then the Jackpot Prize Pool in the next Lotto Game will be no less than two million euros (€2,000,000).

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Online means transactions through electronic data-interchange whether real time transactions or otherwise, which may be through the internet, intranet networks and the like.

  • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.

  • Serialization within the enterprise identifier means each item produced is assigned a serial number that is unique among all the tangible items produced by the enterprise and is never used again. The enterprise is responsible for ensuring unique serialization within the enterprise identifier.

  • Licensed behavior analyst means a person who holds current certification or meets the standards to be certified as a board certified Behavior Analyst or a board certified Assistant Behavior Analyst issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or any successor in interest to that organization and whom the Board of Psychological Examiners licenses as a Behavior Analyst.
