Lot Occupancy definition
Lot Occupancy means the sum of the individual gross floor areas of the building or buildings on the Lands expressed as a percentage of the area of the Lands;
Lot Occupancy means that in all Zoning Districts, no more than one building may be constructed on each recorded lot or parcel unless all buildings conform to all applicable regulations and use provisions of this Zoning Ordinance.
