Lot Front definition

Lot Front as used herein shall mean and refer to the side of the Lot which faces the adjacent street, or if a corner Lot, the side of the Lot which faces an adjacent street and which is or will be most fully faced by the front of the house to be constructed on the Lot. “Highest corner on the Lot Front” shall mean whichever of the two extreme ends of the top of curb on the Lot Front is higher in elevation.

Lot Front means that portion of a lot which abuts a public street (or alley if there is no public street frontage) and provides access to the property.   • Yard, front means a yard extending across the full width of the lot between the Front Lot Line of the lot and the nearest part of the nearest building or structure on the lot.
