Lost Output Event definition

Lost Output Event means any of the following occurrences which cause Seller to be unable to deliver energy:
Lost Output Event means any of the following occurrences which cause Seller to be unable to deliver Energy: Force Majeure; An Event of Default where SCE is the Defaulting Party; A curtailment or reduction of deliveries in accordance with Section 6.01(f) of Attachment 1 or as otherwise ordered or caused by the CAISO, or SCE acting as a T&D Provider (including a curtailment or reduction that does not constitute a Force Majeure as provided in subparagraph (e) or (g) of the definition of Force Majeure); or An Emergency, to the extent not already covered in item (c) above.
Lost Output Event means any of the following occurrences which cause Seller to be unable to deliver energy: Force Majeure; An Event of Default where Anaheim is the Defaulting Party; A curtailment or reduction of deliveries as set forth in EXHIBIT D or as otherwise ordered or caused by the CAISO, or An Emergency, to the extent not already covered in item (c) above.

Examples of Lost Output Event in a sentence

  • Lost Output as a consequence of Lost Output Events described in Subsection (c) of the definition of Lost Output Event shall be determined by SCE in accordance with the definition of Curtailment Lost Output and shall not be included in the Lost Output Workbook defined in this Exhibit K.

  • Seller’s estimate of Lost Output, for any hour during which the Generating Facility was not offline due to any of the conditions or occurrences enumerated in the definition of Lost Output shall be equal to the Metered Amount average included in the Monthly Profile for the same hour, of the same weekday, of the month in the same Term Year in which the Lost Output Event occurred less any Metered Amounts during the hour.

  • Such log shall identify the date, time, duration, cause and amount by which the Generating Facility’s output was curtailed for each Lost Output Event.

  • Book-Down Event means an event that triggers a negative adjustment to the Capital Accounts of the Partners pursuant to Section 5.5(d).

  • Default Event means an event or circumstance which leads Operator to determine that a Venue User is or appears to be unable or likely to become unable to meet its obligations in respect of an Order or Transaction or to comply with any other obligation under an Agreement or Applicable Law.

  • Warranty Event As to any Asset, the discovery that as of the related Cut-Off Date or Funding Date there had existed a breach of any representation or warranty relating to such Asset and the continuance of such breach through any applicable determination date or beyond any applicable cure period.

  • Reduction Event means any of the following:

  • Excluded Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 2 below.

  • Amortization Event has the meaning specified in Article IX.

  • Trigger Event Date means a date on which a Trigger Event has occurred as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Potential Amortization Event means an event which, with the passage of time or the giving of notice, or both, would constitute an Amortization Event.

  • Triggering Event of Default means (i) any Event of Default with respect to an obligation of the Mortgage Loan Borrower to pay money due under the Mortgage Loan or (ii) any non-monetary Event of Default as a result of which the Mortgage Loan becomes a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan (which, for clarification, shall not include any imminent Event of Default (i.e., subclause (vii) of the definition of Special Servicing Loan Event)).

  • Catastrophic Event means a rare circumstance in which mass casualties and/or significant property damage has occurred or is imminent (e.g. September 11th, hurricanes, earthquakes greater than 6.1 on the Richter scale)

  • Interest Rate Adjustment Event means the occurrence of any of the following:

  • Fund Disruption Event means any of the following events, as determined by the Determination Agent in its reasonable discretion:

  • Company Event of Default bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 13.1; “Company Notice of Default” bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 13.2;

  • Index Adjustment Event means, in respect of the Index, an Administrator/Benchmark Event, an Index Cancellation, an Index Disruption or an Index Modification.

  • Severe Disruption Event means any event specified as such in the Final Terms.

  • Payment Event of Default means an Event of Default specified in Section 7.1(a).

  • ii) Event means any event described in Section 11(a)(ii) hereof.
