Lost Bond definition

Lost Bond means a bond which has actually been lost and shall not mean a bond which is in possession of some person adversely to the claimant ;

  • Lost Mortgage Note Any Mortgage Note the original of which was permanently lost or destroyed and has not been replaced.

  • Bond means a debt instrument (Sw. skuldförbindelse) for the Nominal Amount and of the type set forth in Chapter 1 Section 3 of the Financial Instruments Accounts Act and which are governed by and issued under these Terms and Conditions, including the Initial Bonds and any Subsequent Bonds.

  • Lost Notes The original Mortgage Notes that have been lost, as indicated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Surety Bond means a bond from a Bond company with a credit rating by AMBEST better than a “B”. The bonding company shall be certified to issue bonds in a state in which this Agreement is approved.

  • Consequential Loss means indirect or consequential loss or damage such as, but not limited to, loss of contract, bargain, expectation, opportunity, profit, production, revenue, anticipated cost reduction or interest payable howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with this Contract.
