los Contract definition
los Contract means the shipbuilding contract dated 25 May 2007, made between the Builder and the los Borrower, as amended by addendum number 1 thereto dated 28 June 2007, further amended by addendum number 2 dated 16 June 2008 and as may be further amended, supplemented, varied, replaced or novated from time to time with the prior written consent of the Bank, relating to the construction and sale by the Builder, and the purchase by the los Borrower, of the los Ship;
