Loral Contract definition

Loral Contract means TPO 1 290 BSS Construction Agreement, dated as of February 22, 1990, between Tempo and Loral, as amended to the date hereof.
Loral Contract means Contract Amendment No. 4, dated July 19, 1993, -------------- to Contract No. TPO-1-290 between Tempo and Loral for Tempo Direct Broadcast Satellite System (DBSS).
