Loquendo definition

Loquendo or the “Company” has the meaning provided in preamble A of this Agreement.

  • It is understood that Loquendo will be entitled to take any action exceeding the Ordinary Course of Business described therein with the Buyer’s written consent, whose consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;
