Loop Sales Contract definition

Loop Sales Contract means a contract between a Loop Party and a third-party customer for the Loop Party’s sale to the customer, and the customer’s purchase from the Loop Party, of a specified quantity of Loop-branded Products produced using Licensed Subject Matter.
