Loop owns and at all times will continue to own the --------- Loop Marks, and Jutvision will not take any actions inconsistent with Loop's ownership rights.

Without limiting the foregoing, we will not be liable for delays or mistakes that happen for reasons beyond our control, including without limitation acts of civil, military or banking authorities, national emergencies, epidemic, pandemic, insurrection, war, riots, acts of terrorism, failure of transportation, communication or water supply, or malfunction of or unavoidable difficulties with any equipment.
Joint Venture Company acknowledges that as between the Parties, Loop retains ownership of the Loop Marks and the goodwill associated therewith.
Joint Venture Company, on behalf of itself and all JV Parties, agrees that no JV Party will contest, oppose or challenge Loop’s ownership of and title to the Loop Marks or contest, oppose or challenge the validity of the Loop Marks.
